What to expect

Walk in, or book ahead

Most of what we do needs no appointment at all. Here's what's what.

No appointment

Just walk in

Printing and copying, scanning, recycling drop-offs, repair and data-recovery assessments, virus clean-ups, console and smartwatch repair assessments, watch and car key batteries, watch strap resizing, browsing stock, and dropping tapes or discs off for a quote.

Worth a call ahead

Bigger jobs

A large media-digitising batch, a bulk print run, or a data-recovery job, give us a ring first so we can set aside time and give you a firm quote.

Worth calling first

Checking stock

If you're making a trip for a specific device, especially a refurbished one, which is usually a one-off, call ahead so we can hold it.

Bring with you

For a repair

The device, its charger if the fault is power-related, and your passcode. For a password-recovery job bring proof of ownership too, a receipt or the original packaging.

Before a repair: back up anything irreplaceable if you can. We give backup advice before any job that carries risk to your files, and we'll always tell you the risk before starting, but a backup you made yourself is the safest backup there is.

Send us a message

Can't get in? Message us.

Tell us what you need, a repair quote, a media job, a stock question, and we'll get back to you.

Thanks, your message is on its way. We'll be in touch shortly.

We usually reply the same business day. Your details are only used to respond, and are covered by our privacy policy.

Ready when you are

Bring it in, we'll take it from here.

New gear, a repair, a trade-in, a recycling drop-off, a stack of A3 posters or a box of old VHS tapes, one shop, one visit.
